ENGINEERING PROCESS

A controlled path from problem definition to operational readiness.

Each project moves forward with clear scope, assigned owners, and acceptance criteria. Each stage is structured around a reviewable deliverable and an explicit decision to continue.

  1. STAGE01

    Problem and context

We define what needs to change, for whom, and how the outcome will be measured.

    DELIVERABLE

Technical problem definition and success criteria.

    EXIT CRITERIA

Objective and metrics are agreed; owners, data sources, and risks are identified.

  2. STAGE02

    Scope and architecture

We define the scope, architecture, data, integrations, and controls before building.

    DELIVERABLE

    Proposed architecture and prioritized scope.

    EXIT CRITERIA

Dependencies, permissions, and controls are confirmed; risks and technical criteria are agreed.

  3. STAGE03

    Incremental development

We build through small, verifiable, and traceable increments.

    DELIVERABLE

Working version in a controlled environment.

    EXIT CRITERIA

Agreed tests are passed; code, data flows, controls, and documentation are reviewed.

  4. STAGE04

    Validation

We validate requirements, security controls, and AI behavior using agreed test cases.

    DELIVERABLE

Test report, findings, and residual risks.

    EXIT CRITERIA

Acceptance criteria are met; every residual risk has an owner and a recorded decision.

  5. STAGE05

    Operations and evolution

We operate with metrics, alerts, and traceability. We improve with evidence.

    DELIVERABLE

A system operating with monitoring and an evolution plan.

    EXIT CRITERIA

Metrics are monitored and alerts are active; owners are assigned and a response protocol is defined.
